Dozens of crashes were reported Tuesday afternoon throughout the city after freezing rain covered roads and freeways.
At about 4:45 p.m., Columbus police said officers were no longer taking accident reports for non-injury crashes, 10TV News reported.
Motorists involved in non-injury crashes were asked to exchange insurance information and report crashes themselves.

Police said more than 60 crashes were reported throughout the city since 4 p.m.
No serious injuries were reported.
