Police confirmed on Wednesday that they recovered the car belonging to an 81-year-old woman whose body was discovered last week inside a wishing well.
Alyce Seff's body was found in a shallow wishing well behind a duplex she owned on South High Street, near Kossuth Street, on July 9. Investigators said she might have been dead for more than a day before her body was discovered.
