3 Arrested For Allegedly Enslaving Mother, Child For More Than 2 Years

The U.S. Attorney General's Office says three people are in custody accused of holding a woman and her child captive for more than two years.

This recall involves Umbro Boys' outerwear jackets because the boys' jacket has a retractable elastic drawstring at the waist with a toggle that could become snagged or caught in small spaces or doorways, which poses an entrapment hazard to children. In February 1996, CPSC issued guidelines (pdf) about drawstrings in children’s upper outerwear.
