A mix of rain and snow and gusty winds to start the day. High Wind Warnings and Wind Advisories remain in effect through evening. Winds may still gust to 50-60 mph over parts of central and northern Ohio through the morning, tapering off a little this afternoon. Any snow should be gone before noon with showers continuing through the day. Temperatures will be unseasonably cold with bitter wind chills for this time of year. There's another chance for rain and snow showers overnight tonight, and then showers and continued cold tomorrow. There's a lesser chance for showers Thursday with sunshine returning for the end of the week. Although temperatures moderate a little over the weekend, we will stay below average into early next week.
