Community Connection with Angela Pace

Wendy's is celebrating the return of its corporate headquarters to Columbus by making a special one-time $100,000 investment in the community. Wendy's is inviting individuals to nominate their favorite charity to received one of ten $10,000 contributions that will be presented in November 2011. To be considered, organizations must be a 501(c)(3) charity and provide programming in the areas of children's health and services or hunger prevention in the community. All contributions must stay in Central Ohio.

All requests for contributions must be made in writing. The deadline for nominations is September 30. Recipients will be announced in November. The decision of the judges is final.
