A Worthington doctor has entered guilty pleas in a crash that injured a bicyclist.

Dr. Elizabeth Unk, 39, pleaded guilty to Vehicular Assault and Operating a Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol.

In September 2013, a bicylcist was seriously injured after being struck along state Route 23 and Green Meadows Drive.

“In this case, Ms. Unk’s blood alcohol level was more than twice the legal limit, and her irresponsible decision to get behind the wheel caused serious injury to an innocent bicyclist," said Delaware County Prosecutor Carol O'Brien in a news release.

Unk will be sentenced on March 24.
