Woman Injured After Man Rang Doorbell, Forced His Way Into Home


Police are asking for information about an armed robbery in Upper Arlington.

According to Upper Arlington Police, a woman reported that someone rang the doorbell of her home, located in the 3400 block of Sunset Drive, at about 2:20 p.m. and forced his way into her home.

The woman told police that once inside of the home, the man pulled a gun on her and demanded jewelry.

The man then fled in a dark-colored Toyota Prius, or a similar vehicle, police said.

The woman suffered minor injuries from being pushed to the floor.
