Woman Faces Drug Charges After Traffic Stop In Washington Court House

A woman is facing multiple felony charges after being caught with multiple drugs during a Washington Court House traffic stop, according to The Chillicothe Gazette.

Michele L. Raypole, 39, of Bainbridge was stopped by police after 1 a.m. Wednesday for alleged traffic violations in Washington Court House.

Raypole seemed impaired and was digging in her pockets, which led officers to conduct a pat-down, according to the Gazette.

Officers found several bags of suspected drugs, including methamphetamine, heroin and marijuana. Raypole also had a warrant for arrest in Ross County on a possession of heroin charge.

A search of her car found alleged drug paraphernalia, according to the Gazette.

Raypole was arrested on multiple felony counts and a misdemeanor count and has been detained on a $10,000 bond, according to the Gazette.
