A mix of snow and sleet will spread across central Ohio through the evening and become heavy at times tonight. Snowfall accumulations through Monday morning are expected to range from 3 to 6 inches across much of the I-70 corridor with higher amounts (6-8”) possible west of Columbus toward Springfield and Dayton. Road conditions will likely worsen after sunset as temperatures drop back to near 30 degrees.
Snow will linger into Monday with additional light snow accumulation possible. The snow will taper off to flurries and light snow showers through the evening. Temperatures will hover in the mid 30’s Monday afternoon and road conditions should quickly improve. On and off flurries or snow showers will remain possible Monday night into Tuesday under mostly cloudy skies. Temperatures will remain well below seasonable normal through midweek with highs in the upper 30’s to near 40 and lows in the mid to upper 20’s. A gradual warm up is expected by the end of the week as skies clear.

Inconvenient Weather: A mixture of rain, sleet and snow will change to all snow late tonight and become heavy at times across central Ohio. Road conditions will deteriorate overnight through early Monday morning, but should improve through Monday morning.
