Special Information:

WINTER STORM WARNINGS and WINTER WEATHER ADVISORIES will be in effect today into Monday as a strong winter storm heads our way. A mixture of rain, snow and sleet will begin affecting southern Ohio by late this morning and will overspread the region throughout the day. The precipitation will begin changing over to all snow in the afternoon and evening. While we could see some accumulating snowfall during the day today, it appears the heaviest snow and most accumulation will hold off until tonight, leading to the potential for some slick roads for the Monday morning commute. Much of central Ohio could see 2 to 4 inches with 4 to 8 inches possible along and northwest of the I-71 corridor. Lower amounts of snow are expected as you head into southern and southeast Ohio.  The snow will taper off through Monday afternoon with just a few flurries possible Monday night into Tuesday. Remember, the exact track and timing of this storm will have a huge impact on precipitation types and snow totals. Stay up-to-date with the forecast!
Inconvenient Weather: A wintry mix changing to snow is likely today into Monday. Expect a slick and slow commute tomorrow morning.
Planning Your Day:  A wintry mix will begin to develop by late this morning in southern Ohio, spread into central Ohio this afternoon  and transition to all snow by this evening.
