Wife Of Northern Ohio Police Chief Arrested 2nd Time For Shoplifting
The wife of the police chief in North Ridgeville, Ohio, has been arrested for shoplifting -- for the second time.
Cleveland television station WEWS-TV reported that Elaine Freeman was arrested at a Kohl's store on Monday. Her husband, Mike, is the North Ridgeville chief.
In March, she pleaded no contest to shoplifting from a Target Store.
She paid a $250 fine and was given a suspended jail sentence.
No other details about the most recent arrest were released to the media, according to WEWS-TV.
