Special Information:

We’re off to a chilly start to the Memorial weekend! The average morning low for today is 55 degrees, but temperatures right now are in the 30s and 40s across central Ohio with Frost Advisories and Freeze Warnings in effect for areas north, south and east of Columbus. The good news is we’ll be dry this weekend with highs in the mid to upper 60s. That’s a far cry from Memorial weekend last year when highs reached the low 90s.

Rain chances return on Monday; however, any showers or storms during the afternoon will be scattered with a better chance for some rain in the evening. Don’t cancel your Memorial Day cookout just yet! Highs will top out in the low to mid 70s. We’ll be mainly dry and much warmer next week with highs in the low to mid 80s Tuesday through Friday.

Alerts: Frost Advisories and Freeze Warnings for portions of central Ohio
Inconvenient Weather: Patchy frost is possible this morning.
Planning Your Day:  After a chilly start, we’ll see a mix of sun and clouds today with highs in the mid 60s.
