An Ohio State student says a student from the University of Cincinnati repeatedly held her against her will and sexually assaulted her.

The UC student, Wenbin Shi, 21, has been charged with three counts each of rape, kidnapping, and aggravated burglary.

The victim said that she was dating Shi at one time but ended the relationship.

The Ohio State student said Shi came to Columbus three weekends in January, held her against her will and assaulted her at a residence on Trina Way.

Police found Shi at the residence on January 25 when they were called to the scene.

A Franklin County grand jury indicted Shi on February 4 and he was arrested by Cincinnati police on February 6.
