A teenager who has already admitted guilt in a fatal stabbing was officially indicted by a grand jury.

Jordan Stewart, 16, was indicted for Murder and Tampering with Evidence.

Stewart is accused of stabbing Jane Juergens 26 times on a trail in Ridgewood Park.

Stewart lived in a nearby group home at the time. A staff member told police he took two boys to the park on that day in October 2013.

As part of the plea deal, Stewart will plead guilty in adult court for murder and tampering of evidence.

He will be sentenced to life in prison with no chance of parole for at least 18 years.
