S.W.A.T. Team Responds After Shots Fired; Five People In Custody

A S.W.A.T. team was been called out to a barricade situation in west Columbus.

This began just after 4:45 Sunday morning in the 200 block of Princeton Avenue.

Police said officers responded to the area after shots were fired.

One person was detained in the backyard of a home, but officers said more people were barricaded inside.

Five people came out of the home around 6 a.m. and were taken into custody.

There was no immediate word of any injuries.
