Suspicious Ohio University Letter Contained Toothpaste

A suspicious letter that prompted the partial evacuation of two buildings at Ohio University last week just contained toothpaste.

According to police, the man who sent the item used toothpaste to try and seal the envelope.

The dried tooth paste caused a scare when it was discovered at the Legal Affairs building.

The practice of sealing envelopes with toothpaste is apparently common practice in prison.
