Suspicious Death In East Columbus Ruled A Homicide

A suspicious death has been ruled a homicide in east Columbus.

Columbus Police have released information that  53-year-old Eduardo Arcia had a heart attack after an altercation on Wednesday morning.

Firefighters responded to the home on Critchfield Road around 2:30 a.m.

When they arrived, they felt something was suspicious at the home and called police.

Arcia died shortly before 4 a.m. that morning.

Police interviewed a number of witnesses, but no arrests have been made.

No word yet on the official cause of death and no word on any suspects.
