Supreme Court Decision Clears Way For New Murder Trial
An Ohio Supreme Court decision on Thursday helped pave the way for a new trial for a Grove City man convicted of murdering his parents.
Robert Caulley has been locked up since 1997, when a jury convicted him of aggravated murder.
A lower court ruled last year that an affair between the defendant's wife and his attorney compromised Caulley's defense.
The case had been tied up in appeals since then.
Court officials have not released information on when Caulley's new trial could happen.
