Special Information:

A winter storm is working into the region and is bringing snow and a wintry mix to central Ohio. The precipitation with this first wave will continue to head south of I-70 into the afternoon. As colder air settles into the region, areas with the wintry mix will see the precipitation gradually transition to snow. It’s possible another wave of snow could head our way late in the day into tonight. This would likely affect areas along and south of I-70 with an additional 1-2 inches possible for Columbus while 2-4 inches would be possible farther south. Most of the snow should be gone by Monday morning, but roads will likely be in poor condition for the Monday morning commute. Highs will only be in the teens and low 20s Monday and Tuesday with morning lows near zero Tuesday morning.

Alerts: WINTER STORM WARNINGS and WINTER WEATHER ADVISORIES in effect into Monday for all of central Ohio
Inconvenient Weather: A wintry mix and snow showers have created poor road conditions.
Planning Your Day:  Plan on show showers and a wintry mix south of I-70 this afternoon. More snow is possible this evening. Expect delays for the Monday morning commute.
