We’re off to a cool start to the day with morning lows in the upper 30s and low 40s. High pressure will keep us dry today with partly sunny skies and highs in the mid to upper 60s. Rain chances will return late tonight as a storm system working out of the Central Plains heads our way. The Monday morning commute looks like it could be a wet one. We’ll see scattered showers and a few thunderstorms through the day Monday into Tuesday. A few strong storms will be possible, mainly in southern Ohio both days. The Storm Prediction Center has placed parts of southern Ohio under a "Slight Risk" for severe storms on Monday. Highs will be in the low 70s Monday through Wednesday before cooler air in the upper 50s and low 60s returns for Thursday and Friday. Unsettled weather will remain in place as we wrap up the work week and head into the weekend.
Alerts: None today. SLIGHT RISK for severe storms late Monday in southwest and southern Ohio.
Inconvenient Weather: Showers possible late tonight and for the Monday morning commute.
Planning Your Day: We’ll see partly sunny skies with highs in the mid to upper 60s.
