Retrial Of Teen Accused In Twin's Death Set For August


The retrial of a teenager accused of killing his twin brother will begin on Aug. 10, 10TV News reported on Monday.

The first trial of Derris Lewis ended in a mistrial last week when a juror told the judge that she could not continue with deliberations after learning that her sister-in-law had died.

Lewis, 19, faces aggravated murder and other charges in connection with the death of his brother, Dennis Lewis, 17.
