Wind gusts could be 50-60 mph at their peak tomorrow. Rain will last through the day as the impact of Hurricane Sandy pushes moisture from east to west. Rain may mix with or change to light snow tonight before changing back to rain tomorrow. Conditions will improve a little after midweek, but it does look chilly for most of the week. Dry, but cool, weather returns for the end of the week and the weekend.
