Police Say Man Found Dead On Southeast Side Likely Died Of Natural Causes
Police say a man was found dead by his roommate early Wednesday morning.
According to police, the man was found dead around 6 a.m. in his home in the 900 block of Carpenter Street in southeast Columbus.
Police initially called the man’s death suspicious, but ruled later on Wednesday that he likely died of natural causes.
The man was found in what appeared to be a crime scene, but police said that the man was a known alcoholic, which explained the large blood loss.
The name of the man was not immediately released because family members had not been notified.
