Police Question Suspects In Radio Shack Break-In

Police have questioned suspects after a break-in at a Radio Shack store in west Columbus.

It happened around 6 a.m. Thursday along West Broad Street.


The burglars smashed through the front door to get inside. Shattered glass was scattered around the business. The suspects went to work seeking out home entertainment equipment.

A short time after the break-in, police got word of potential suspects and an apparent shooting in the area.

Officers caught up to two people and realized the stolen Radio Shack merchandise may be in the building. Once police got access - they found a television, stereo equipment and other items that appeared to have been stolen.

Police were also reviewing surveillance video from inside of the store.
