Police Issue Statewide Alert For Missing Dayton Man

A statewide alert has been issued for a missing man.

Police said 79-year-old Donald Cooper left his daughter’s home in Dayton around 6 p.m. on July 4 and never returned home.

Cooper is diabetic and without his medication.

He was last seen wearing brown shorts, a pink shirt with a white t-shirt underneath and tennis shoes.

Authorities said Cooper was driving a blue, 2-door, 2004 Chevrolet Cavalier, Ohio license plate number EW26BZ.

If you see Cooper, you are asked to call police.
