Police identify suspect in indecent exposure incidents at Easton, Northland Plaza

COLUMBUS -- Detectives with the Columbus Division of Police have identified and charged a suspect in connection with multiple incidents of public indecency at the Forever XXI at Easton Town Center and the Northland Plaza Discount Fashion Warehouse.

The suspect is identified as 34-year-old Carlos Cuellar with aliases of Hugo Cuellar, Jamie Sanchez and Hugo Caudillo-Cuellar.

Cuellar has been charged with six counts of public indecency, according to police.

He is accused of exposing himself to women at Easton Town Center on Aug. 11 and Aug. 22. The charges also include incidents at Northland Plaza, on Aug. 19, and at Polaris on Feb. 8 and Aug. 23.

Police said at least two of the victims were teenagers.
