Pickerington Teen Found Not Guilty On One Rape Charge, Mistrial Declared On Other Charge

A jury has found a Pickerington teenager not guilty in one charge of rape, but they could not reach a decision on the second count.

A judge declared a mistrial on the second count against Roger Lewis, Jr.

The High School football player was accused of raping a woman twice. The defense argued that the sex was consensual.

The jury told the judge at 1 p.m. that they could not reach a decision on one of the counts.

They were told to continue to deliberate, and the verdict was read around 5:30 p.m.
