A court order will allow Ohio Mulch to place some products back on store shelves following a stop-sale order from the state.

The Ohio Department of Agriculture ordered Ohio Mulch to stop selling 37 different kinds of mulch because it said the company continues to sell 2 and 3 cubic foot bags that are under-filled.

Friday night, the company got a temporary restraining order in Franklin County Court allowing the continued sale of 2 cubic foot bags of its products throughout the State of Ohio.

As part of the court order, the retailer must displays signage at the point of sale indicating that a manufacturing error has reduced the volume of product contained in the bags to 1.2 cubic feet and the retailer must reduce the price of the bags to reflect this change.
