The 18 year old accused in a deadly Ohio high school shooting has pleaded guilty in court.

T.J. Lane made the plea in a Geauga County courtroom on Tuesday morning.

The guilty plea comes a day before the one year anniversary of the shootings that left three students dead and three others injured.

A judge had ordered psychiatric testing for Lane, and attorneys for both sides wanted the testing to determine if he is competent to stand trial.

Cleveland TV station WEWS reported that on Tuesday, it was revealed that Lane was found competent to stand trial after undergoing psychological evaluations.

Lane will be sentenced in three weeks and could face life in prison without parole.
