Ohio Braces For Deep Freeze

Ohio is bracing for arctic temperatures unseen in 20 years, as a new round of winter storms starting early Sunday ushers in two days of punishing temperatures and wind chills.
Cleveland is making available city recreation centers from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday and Tuesday as warming centers. In Columbus, access to the Ohio Statehouse's underground parking garage will be limited through Wednesday to prevent high winds from damaging the historic structure.
Brutal temperatures of 10 to 20 degrees below zero are to follow Monday and Tuesday, along with dangerous wind chills dipping to between 5 degrees below and 40 degrees below zero.
Sunday, snow will be the issue with a winter storm warning stretching Sunday from Cincinnati to Dayton and Cleveland. As much as 10 inches of snow could fall in the storm.
