A Coshocton man will not face murder charges in the shooting death of his uncle.

A grand jury dismissed the case against 20 year old Ryan Winegar.

Winegar admitted to shooting and killing David Gore in the early morning hours of April 5 at their home on Ohio 541.

Winegar told police that his uncle was drunk and abusive and lunged at him.

That's when he shot Gore, who later died at a hospital.

The court released Winegar from jail on Friday.
