‘Most Wanted Fugitive’ Arrested In Mansfield

Members of the U.S. Marshals Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested a man wanted for a sex offender violation.

Dorrien Smith, 34, was arrested on Monday in the 100 block of Columbia Avenue in Mansfield.

Smith was wanted by the Richland County Sheriff’s Office for a sex offender violation, which is a third-degree felony, and on an indictment for forgery, a fifth-degree felony.

Smith, who also is on parole, was wanted by the Ohio Adult Parole Authority for a parole violation and by the Mansfield Police Department for domestic violence.
