A low pressure system passing to our south will bring rain and snow showers to central Ohio today. Rain will begin after sunrise and spread north across the region. The rain will mix with snow north and northwest of Columbus. As temperatures fall, the rain will change to snow in the Columbus metro area this afternoon. The most significant snow totals will likely be north and northwest of Columbus where 2 to 4 inches will be possible. The Columbus metro area could pick up 1 to 2 inches of slushy, wet snow by tonight. Snow totals will likely stay less than an inch south of Columbus. We’ll be mostly sunny, breezy and cool Sunday with highs in the mid to upper 40s. More “spring-like” weather heads our way next week with highs in the upper 50s and low 60s.
