Marion police said a man is being charged for pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor after thousands of images of nude juveniles were found at his home.
Police searched the home of Richard Hale, 53, on Capaldi Drive on Wednesday and said they found nude  images of young girls.

Hale allegedly appears in some of the pictures engaged in sex acts with the girls. Investigators said that some of Hale's victims could be as young as 12.

Authorities said some of the images they located may involve other juveniles from the Marion area.

The investigation started when a 16-year-old girl came forward and said she had posed for pictures allegedly taken by Hale over the last few years, according to police.

Some of the pictures that were found also include women who may be of legal age, but police said most appear to be underage. Hale told police that he did offer money to some of the people to pose for him.
Hale has been charged with two counts, but said many more charges are expected to be filed. Some of the pictures that were found date back to the late 1980s, according to investigators.

He does not have a criminal history.
