Man Wrongfully Targeted By Police Says Reprimand Is Not Enough

A man wrongfully targeted during a police raid in May says a reprimand against a police officer is not enough.

Officer Tanya Gannon dispatched a team to Kevin Griesheimer's home, but the warrant was actually for Griesheimer's 31-year-old son.

The department has now reprimanded Gannon for using profanity and not following proper procedures.

Griesheimer says that's not enough to satisfy him. He wants to file a lawsuit against the department, but so far he cannot find an attorney to represent him.
