Man Stopped In Ohio With Explosives In His Van Takes A Plea Deal
An Indiana man who was stopped with numerous explosives in his vehicle has reached a plea deal with officials.
According to the Columbus Dispatch, Andrew Scott Boguslawski will plead guilty to possesing unregistered destructive devices.
The charge carries a maximum 10-year prison sentence and a fine of $250,000, reported the newspaper.
Boguslawski was arrested by the Ohio Highway Patrol for speeding. Investigators found around a dozen complete or near-complete bombs. He was also transporting weapons and ammunition.
His next hearing is scheduled for April 1.
