Man To Spend Life In Prison For Killing Girlfriend

A Marion man will live his life behind bars after pleading guilty to the murder of his girlfriend.

Tane Osborne pleaded guilty on Tuesday to aggravated murder charges in connection with killing his girlfriend, Paige Young.

Osborne was accused of shooting Young multiple times and leaving her to die in April.

Young was a 2009 graduate of West Jefferson High School and a standout basketball.

A judge sentenced Osborne to live in prison with no chance of parole for at least 30 years.
