A former Walmart employee was sentenced to nine years in prison for knowingly receiving visual images of child pornography, 10TV News reported on Wednesday.

Okey Belcher was arrested on Dec. 5after he used his cell phone to record a video of a child in the restroom of a Grove City Walmart where he worked.

The 9-year-old boy's father told police that he took his son to the restroom at the store, located at 1693 Stringtown Rd., and put him in a stall.

About five minutes later, the father said his son came out of the restroom and told him that the person in the next stall was holding his phone under the stall and videotaping him.

According to a police report, the boy said he saw the phone and went out to tell his father, who then called the police.

According to a court statement, police obtained a search warrant for Belcher's phone and iPod Touch, where the officers found two videos of the boy in the bathroom on Belcher's phone.

Further examination revealed approximately 100 images of nude boys and girls between the ages of 14 and 16.

A warrant of Belcher's house and computer uncovered approximately 600 images and 100 movies of child pornography.

Senior U.S. District Judge Peter C. Economus also recommended Belcher serve his prison term in a federal prison that has a sex offender treatment program. He fined Belcher $2,500 and ordered him to remain under court supervision for 25 years after he completes his prison time. Belcher must also register as a sex offender anywhere he lives, works or goes to school.
