Man Indicted For Murder Out Of Bar Shooting

A Franklin County Grand Jury has indicted a man for murder and felonious assault in connection with a fatal bar shooting on April 27.

Timothy L. Copley, 39, faces four total counts.

Copley allegedly shot Eric Stamper and Nancy Leonard at Phil and Young's Tavern on Harrisburg Pike.

Stamper died, and Leonard was wounded in the shooting.

Copley is scheduled to be arraigned later this week.
