Timothy Daniel, 34, was found guilty of aggravated murder on Friday in a deadly shooting at a South Zanesville Burger King.

The Zanesville Times Recorder reported that Daniel was convicted of killing 62-year-old Charles M. Hooper last October.

Deputies said Daniel was involved in an argument with another woman when Hooper apparently intervened. Daniel apparently did not like what Hooper said and police say he shot him in the head.

Daniel could be sentenced to life in prison.
