Man Faces Voyeurism, Burglary Charges For Allegedly Videotaping Woman In Store Dressing Room

A grand jury returned an indictment against a man accused of videotaping a woman in a Macy's dressing room.

According to the Franklin County Prosecutor's Office, the grand jury indicted Tyler D. Baird of Reynoldsburg on one count of burglary and one count of voyeurism.

Baird, 27, is accused of videotaping a woman inside of a Macy's store from under the cubical partition.

The alleged incident occurred on March 6.
