Marion Police have a man in custody who crashed a stolen motor home into a store.

Officers said the suspect, 39-year-old Christopher Lines, stole a motor home, then drove it to a pharmacy on Center Street.

He then crashed into the Marion Prescription pharmacy over and over again with the 30 foot Winnebago.

When officers arrived, police said Lines tried to take off and crashed into three Marion police cruisers.

"Extreme danger, extreme danger - then, he came after me. I was in the parking lot there. I backed up real quick. He took off, out of the driveway right there and took off down Center Street," said Lt. Matt Bayles of the Marion Police Department.

Police said they fired shots into the tires of the motor home as Lines took off.

Lines then crashed into a home down the street near Center and John streets.

Police said it took three officers to arrest the Lines. No one was injured.

Lines was charged with breaking and entering, felony feeling and assault on an officer.

Police said there was massive damage to the pharmacy and motor home debris was strewn for several blocks.
