Man Accused Of Kidnapping, Sexually Assaulting Girl From Indiana Indicted On 10 Counts

A Delaware County Grand Jury indicted a man on 10 counts, including rape and kidnapping, on Friday.
According to the Delaware County Prosecutor's Office, Scott Cisco, 47, allegedly traveled to Indiana after contacting a juvenile online.

Police responded to Cisco's home in October after the girl called them and said that she had escaped after being kidnapped from Indianapolis.

Prosecutors said Cisco met the girl online, drove to Indianapolis Tuesday to pick her up, brought her back to Ohio, gave her alcohol, bound and gagged her, and forced sex on her.

They said he then left her at the home, duct-taped to the bed, while he went to work at a local restaurant Thursday morning.

Charges against Cisco, an ex-law enforcement official from northeast Ohio, included three counts of kidnapping, six counts of rape and one count of felony abduction.

Cisco was being held at the Delaware County Jail.
