KFC Robbery Suspect Arrested

Columbus Police arrested a man accused of robbing a KFC restaurant Friday night.

Police said Albert Hackett, 43, robbed the KFC in the 600 block of East 5th Avenue around 7:30 p.m.

Police said Hackett walked into the restaurant, implied he had a weapon and demanded the employee open the register.

Hackett allegedly reached over the counter and grabbed money.

He was caught later Friday night near East 4th Avenue and North 9th Street.
