Investigators: Suspect Search Continues In 'Green Glove Bandit' Robberies

Despite an arrest, investigators said that they believed another person was behind the "Green Glove Bandit" robberies.

Officials arrested Jerry J. Haywood on Friday in connection with a robbery at a Speedway station, located at 4797 W. Broad St., on Nov. 12.

Investigators had tied that robbery to a string of robberies attributed to a man dubbed the "Green Glove Bandit."

Sgt. Bill Duffer with the Franklin County Sheriff's Office said on Monday that they were looking at other people in connection with the "Green Glove Bandit" robberies.

Duffer said that the gloves were different in the surveillance photos of the West Broad Street robbery compared to some of the other robberies.
