Indiana Man Stopped In Ohio With Explosives Will Face Federal Charges

A man stopped in Ohio on New Year’s Day with explosives in his vehicle is facing charges.

Andrew Scott Boguslawski, 44, is being charged with Illegal Possession of Destructive Devices.

Boguslawski was pulled over on Interstate 70 in Madison County for speeding.

Federal officials now say at least 13 destructive devices were found in his vehicle.  Boguslawski was arrested at the scene.

Boguslawski could face 10 years in prison if found guilty in the case.

According to an OHP report, he told troopers that did not have any weapons in his vehicle, but a gun was spotted in a holster between his knees.

After authorities searched his vehicle, he was charged with illegally making or possessing an explosive device. Along with the bombs, four loaded guns were discovered in the vehicle.
