Hilliard Police: More Than $1,000 Worth Of Guns Stolen From Man’s Garage

A man told police that someone stole more than $1,000 worth of guns from his Hilliard home.

According to the police report, the resident of a home located in the 54000 block of Edie Drive, said that someone broke into his garage at about 12:30 a.m. Jan. 7 and stole the guns from an open safe.

The report stated that a Beretta semi-automatic handgun, three Smith & Wesson handgun revolvers, a Raven semi-automatic handgun, a Browning semi-automatic handgun and a Bond Arms pistol were stolen from the garage.

The stolen guns totaled about $1,600 according to the report.
