ICE STORM WARNING issued for S. Ohio. WINTER STORM WARNINGS have been issued for tonight and tomorrow morning. Heavy snow is expected north of I-70 while a mix of snow, sleet and freezing rain can be expected to the south.  Highest snowfall amounts could reach 5-10 inches in the warning area, unless there's a prolonged period of rain or freezing rain. Lesser amounts of snow to the south where sleet and freezing rain will cut down on snow totals. Heavy rain in extreme Southeast Ohio could cause flooding.  A FLOOD WATCH has been issued for this area through tomorrow morning.

ALERTS :  SPC has No Risk Areas in U.S. today.  Ice Storm Warning (Rare) for S. Ohio 4PM-tomorrow morning. Winter Storm Warning much of Ohio starting at 4PM and through tomorrow morning. Winter Storm Watch and a Flood Watch for portions of Southern and SE Ohio for the same period.
