A Grove City man has been sentenced to spend the rest of his life behind bars for a 2010 murder.

Daniel Teitelbaum was found guilty earlier this month for the Aggravated Murder of Paul Horn.

Horn was found shot to death in his apartment. The two men were co-owners of the Platinum Players Club. According to police, Teitelbaum had filed a civil court case over ownership of the business in the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas. Investigators said that Horn was scheduled to give a deposition in the case the day he was found dead.

Teitelbaum could have received the death penalty for the crime.
