   A rainy start to the work week with a little freezing rain mixing in early. There's a Winter Weather Advisory in effect this morning for much of central and northern Ohio. Plan on a slow commute and take an umbrella. There's a Flood Watch up for parts of central and southern Ohio through this evening given that the rain may be heavy at times. As a cold front passes, rain will come to an end this evening and colder air will settle in for the next several days. in fact, the rest of the work week looks dry and unseasonable cool.
